Viator Networks warranties vary depending upon the product and the manufacturer. For Egress Server software, please refer to the End-User License Agreement (EULA) and Limited Warranty documents, which can be found at the back of the User Manual.

Egress™ Server (warranty provided by Dell Computer Corp.)
  1. Standard Warranty: Three years, next business day on-site support including parts and labor
  2. Extended Warranty (additional cost): Three years with on-site service and parts replacement, with four hour response time.

Egress™ Port

  1. Standard Warranty: One year from date of purchase
  2. Extended Warranty (additional cost): Up to three year replacement

Other products sold through Viator Networks are supported by their respective manufacturer. Viator makes no warranties or claims on the behalf of any other hardware manufacturer or service provider.
