support: return policies

Viator Networks products may be returned only under the terms stated in our Product Warranty and that comply with our Credit Policy.

Product returns must be authorized prior to shipment to the factory. Returns that are not accompanied by a authorized Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will NOT be accepted and those products will be returned to the sender.

  • Egress™ Server hardware returns are handled by Dell™ Computer Corporation. Please see Dell's return policies on their web site: http://support.dell.com. Be sure to have your Express Service Tag code and Service Code number available when contacting Dell support.
  • EgressDSL™, Egress™ Port and Egress™ software returns are handled directly through Viator Network's support office. Please call 480.964.8061 to obtain RMA authorization.
  • All other products are supported by their manufacturer. Please contact them directly for technical support and possible return authorization.
