Viator Networks provides end-user support
to those properties who contract with it for the provision of technical
support for their customers. This support is 24/7 and assists hotel
guests and tenants in setting up and getting connected to an Egress
powered network. Property owners or service providers pay a monthly
fee of $2.00 per room per month for the provision of 24/7 support with unlimited numbers
of calls. Please

For properties or service providers using Egress products that
have not contracted with Viator Networks for end-user support, users
should contact that provider for assistance.
Fee Payment
End-user support fees are billed annually, in advance. Support services
will not begin until payment has been received.
