overview - turnkey solutions

Viator Networks offers turnkey solutions through partnerships with national and international installation companies and service providers. Together, we provide the customer everything they need to install and manage high-speed Internet service (HSIA): site evaluation, installation, labor, all network hardware, equipment rack, bandwidth, and technical support. Nothing is left out and nothing gets added they don't need. Every solution is tailored to a specific property.

A significant difference is Viator Networks does not play the role of a "service provider." We do not get involved in revenue-sharing plans of any form and we're not interested in "per-port" or any other usage-based fees. Our model assumes the property owner will buy or lease the solution and then contract with us or our partners for ongoing support and maintenance.

Viator Networks will act as a general contractor to both property owners and service providers wishing to install HSIA services--if asked. Our six years of experience in the HSIA business has given us a unique perspective on how best to assess and install properties. The good news is we're available to help you to determine the best solution for your property or customers.

As a general contractor, Viator will arrange for:

  • Site evaluations by certified and bonded cabling companies
  • Provide quotes for turnkey solutions based on discussions with the customer
  • Identify system options and provide pricing for them
  • Identify bandwidth options and arrange for service on behalf of the customer
  • Ordering all hardware, tracking delivery and completing installation
  • End-user, 24/7 technical support
  • Network monitoring for any circuit type, including dedicated, DSL, cable, and wireless

We also provide detailed project management, including individually assigned project managers, web-based tracking tools, and a toll-free question and answer telephone line.
