Training your staff is critical to the effective marketing and support
of users of any high-speed Internet service. Whether in hotels or apartments
or shared offices, the staff of those properties are the first line of
assistance for the system's users. Viator Networks
offers several fee-based training programs that can instruct sales, technical
and management into the uses of a high-speed Internet service, how to
market it, and how to support it. This training is available to any property
or service provider regardless of whether they use Viator
Networks products.
Our training programs have been offered for over four years and have
been fully field tested. Program lengths vary from one hour to two days,
depending
upon your needs.

Training Schedule
Free, one-day VAR sales training programs are held on the third
Tuesday of each month at our offices in Phoenix, Arizona. Course
study includes basic setup and maintenance of the Egress™ Server,
sales positioning, and competitive comparisons. Please contact your sales
representative to schedule attendance.
Two-day, technical programs are held on the third Wednesday's
of each month. This program covers all technical aspects of the system
and includes hands-on setup, maintenance, configuration and customization
of the Egress™ Server. It also includes detailed training in site
surveys for wired and wireless networks, cabling, and hardware integration.
Fees
are those defined in your VAR agreement. Please
