One of the keys to providing a good experience for your customers is
making sure they have access to trained and experienced technical support.
Because many firms have no desire to provide this support directly (the
costs are too high) Viator Networks has
established a program for our customers that makes 24 x 7 x 365 technical
support not only practical, but also extremely affordable.
Viator Networks offers buyers of its products 24/7/365 end-user technical
support, with unlimited calls, for a flat fee of $3,000 per property per
year. Support issues would be limited to ensuring proper configuration
of a given user's computer and making sure their computer is communicating
properly with the network. This program offers unlimited calls--you won't
get that many in the first place--along with prompt and courteous service.
End-user Support
End-users include guests in hotels, residents in apartment complexes,
and similar users. Support would include answering computer configuration
questions, remotely determining hardware configuration, and similar questions.
The provision of technical support for these users is typically arranged
for by the property's service provider and is typically provided to the
end-user at no charge. Since many service providers do not have 24/7 help
desk services with toll-free telephone numbers, Viator
Networks offers contracted technical support at some of the most
aggressive prices available. Contact our sales

Property Owners
Hardware support is provided for 3 years including parts to all purchasers
of our Egress Server. Support service is provided by Dell
and is available nationwide. Viator Networks
provides support for the Egress software via a toll-free number,
and is available 24 hours per day, seven days per week.
Service Providers
We can help reduce your help-desk costs significantly. Contracts can
be for one, two or three years and provide technical support for end-users
and properties. You can limit support to just connectivity or, for an
additional cost, you can add software support for programs such as Microsoft
Word, Excel, or PowerPoint. Please contact our sales

Fee Payments
Help Desk support services are billed annually, although monthly payments
can be billed directly to a credit card if you prefer. Monthly billing
incurrs an additional processing charge. Payment must be received prior
to the start of support services. Volume discounts are available as are
special pricing for integrators and service providers.
