extended warranty
Viator Network's Egress™ products come with come standard with warranties that range from 90-days to one year. Extended warranties are available at the time of purchase, which extends the standard warranty up to five years in one-year increments.
Standard Warranties:

Egress™ Server hardware: one year parts and labor

Egress™ Server software: 90 days for medium only

Egress™ Port: one year replacement (not caused by physical damage)

Egress™ DSL: one year replacement
Extended Warranty prices are equal to 5% of the retail price of the product for a one-year period. Customers are able to purchase the Extended Warranty only during the normal factory warranty period. Extended Warranties may not be purchased if the factory warranty has expired.
